Le nostre precauzioni contro il covid-19
Alla reception, così come negli alloggi, sono a disposizione degli ospiti le informazioni aggiornate su Covid-19 con i numeri di telefono da utilizzare in caso di necessità.
Il personale della struttura è dotato di guanti, mascherine e gel disinfettante
Dispenser igienizzanti presenti in: reception, bar, area solarium e piscina.
Nella struttura non sono presenti impianti di areazione
Il servizio di pulizia degli appartamenti e delle camere è effettuato esclusivamente alla partenza degli ospiti. Le pulizie vengono effettuate nel rispetto delle linee guida dell'ISS con prodotti certificati distribuiti tramite Nebulizzatore.NON saranno effettuate pulizie intermedie. Biancheria pulita ed igienizzata 1 volta a settimana.
Saranno consegnati anche gli appositi sacchi dove conferire la biancheria sporca, che dovrà essere lasciata fuori della porta.
Utilizziamo un servizio di lavanderia industriale al fine di fornire ai propri clienti biancheria da letto e da bagno sanificata.
Acqua della piscina: saranno aumentati i livelli di cloro, entro ovviamente i limiti di legge.
Nuovi arrivi
Dopo ogni partenza l’appartamento sarà pulito, disinfettato e sanificato.
Le stoviglie ed il pentolame, sarà lavato in lavastoviglie alla massima temperatura e con disinfettante apposito.
Le chiavi delle stanze saranno consegnate disinfettate.

At the reception, as well as in the apartments, there are up-to-date informations on Covid-19 with telephone numbers to be used in case of need.
The staff is equipped with gloves, masks and disinfectant gel
Sanitizing dispensers are present in the areas: reception, bar, solarium area and swimming pool.
There are no ventilation systems in the structure
The cleaning of the apartments and rooms is carried out exclusively at the departure of the guests by certificate products. Intermediate cleaning will NOT be carried out. Guests will be provided with the material for cleaning and sanitizing their areas and, once a week, clean and sanitized linen.
We use an industrial laundry service in order to provide our customers with sanitized bed linen and towels.
Pool water: chlorine levels will increase, obviously within the limits of the law.
After each departure the apartment will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized.
The dishes and cookware will be washed in the dishwasher at the maximum temperature and with a specific disinfectant.
